A fun Friday

Usually by Friday I am very ready for the weekend and the help of an extra set of hands known as Ryan. Every Friday we go to story time, one of Lindsey's favorite times of the week. It is at our main library downtown, they do lots of finger plays, songs, and stories. I snapped some pictures of the girls during story time:

After story time is over we always head to the Early Learning Center (ELC) which is right next door to story time. It is a room with learning toys especially geared towards toddlers and babies. They love it, and I'm so glad our library offers it! Here are the toys the girls enjoyed today:

Around noon and after a quick potty break for Lindsey we needed to head home for lunch. We came home, ate, and cleaned up, and headed outside to enjoy the beautiful weather! It's not sunny, but so nice and warm. The girls had fun.

Both girls are now down for their afternoon nap, and I'm hoping it's a good one from all the fresh air! Bring on the weekend! We are getting everything ready for the birthday parties, wish us luck! Oh, and Danielle- It was so good to catch up with you this morning! Sooo glad you can come!
